In exchange for accessing, browsing and/or using the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation United Arab Emirates (UAE) Federal Law No. 40 of 1992 concerning the Protection of the Intellectual Work and Rights of the Author and the Implementing Regulations thereof (as may be amended from time to time). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platforms

The Platforms are controlled and operated in whole or in part by Al Naboodah from its offices within the UAE. By accessing the Platforms you agree that the laws and regulations of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to use of the Platforms, and you agree that any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE. Those who access the Platforms from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You acknowledge that Al Naboodah reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or terminate access to the Platforms by you at any time.

Submission and Collection of Information

There are instances where Al Naboodah requests personally identifiable information from the Platform users to provide them with a service or correspondence (including promotions and mailed brochures). This information, such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, type of request and possibly additional information, is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by Al Naboodah and is used to fulfill your request. When you access a non- Al Naboodah website or link, please understand that it is independent from Al Naboodah, and that Al Naboodah has no control over the content on that website or link. In addition, a link to a non- Al Naboodah website or link does not mean that Al Naboodah endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use of such website or link. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of destructive nature. Al Naboodah will not be liable for any damages of any kind including but not limited to, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use the Platforms, the Content or links, damage caused by viruses affecting your computer equipment or your reliance on the Content or use of the products or services promoted/advertised at or associated with the Platforms.

Cookies

"Cookies" are pieces of information that Al Naboodah transfers to the hard drives of the Users for record-keeping purposes. Al Naboodah may place Cookies with the Users visiting from advertising banners and hyperlinks on other websites to track the success of a particular advertising campaign or marketing program. In addition, Al Naboodah may place Cookies with the users to provide them with seamless access to the Platforms, since storing their username and password in a Cookie eliminates the need to re-enter that information on every page.

Usage of Personal Information
