Specialising in real estate development, facilities management and property management, the company manages Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group's commercial developments including showrooms, offices and warehouses, as well as residential units consisting of villa compounds and apartment buildings.
The company is a member of the Dubai Property Society and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Some of the staff are also affiliated with Emirates Green Building Council, the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and the International Council of Shopping Centres.
