The Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group was started in 1958 by two brothers, Saeed
and Mohammed Al Naboodah.

Our mission is to continue to be a successful and well diversified group operating
throughout the Middle East and internationally. By providing unparalleled expertise
and innovation in our chosen business activities of construction, commercial, investments
and real estate, we aim to deliver excellent service.

Group Structure
The parent company of the Group, responsible for strategy and provision of our overall
support functions, is Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Holding LLC. It assists the four
core sectors of the business; construction, commercial, investments and real estate.
Within each sector we operate a number of companies either wholly owned by the Saeed
& Mohammed Al Naboodah Group or in partnership with some of the world's leading
brands.
(CSR) Corporate Social Responsibility
The Group is committed to ethical conduct and social responsibility and has put
in place a formal CSR policy which is approved by the Group Board.
As part of our business goals we will consider
- environmental issues
- social issues including health and safety practices.
In addition, we are involved in a number of sponsorship initiatives.
