This development consists of two towers, the first of which is a 27 storey, five
star 'Oberoi' business hotel while the second is a 33 storey commercial office tower
use. A spa, ballroom, restaurants and other associated hotel facilities are situated
in a four storey common podium and four basement levels contain a car parking and
an area of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
