In a northern sector of Dubai, off the Emirates Road towards Abu Dhabi, the Al Barari
Development Phase -1 main villa contract covers an area of 13 million sq ft. The
development consists of a four stage construction of 305 luxury villas comprising
of 30 leaves in a combination of four types of villas in two different styles, traditional
and contemporary.
